NORTH CAROLINA EXPANSION We will expand our operation with the opening of a facility in Surry County, North Carolina. This expansion, a $4.7 million investment in machinery and personnel, will create over 95 new jobs over the next 3 years. The ability to be close geographically to our customers in the southeast and North Carolina’s business friendly climate made this a practical solution to expand our current capacity and meet increased sales. We have enjoyed working with state and local representatives on this expansion and look forward to this continued relationship. Initial production will begin early October 2007
